Sacco's Bowl Haven Opened 1939 By Ralph Sacco and Joseph Rubicco is still run today by The Sacco Family 70 years later. BCA Hall of Fame Pool and Billiards champion Larry Johnson, AKA "Boston Shorty Johnson" considered this his home room and practiced there for many years.

Sacco's has 8 Brunswick gold crown tables.

This is the real thing and real pool halls open early. Sacco's is open at 9:30 am (there is a second 9 on the clock, who knew?)

$8 per person from 9:30 am till 4 and $7.50 per hour from four till close
is how players like Boston Shorty Stopped driving taxi's for a living.
Sacco's closes at midnight.

Dripping with history Sacco's is as much a museum as it is a pool room.
Sacco's is frequented by a good community of players, several of whom offer lessons.

Herb Childress a BCA recognized instructor offers
individual or group lessons out of Sacco's.

Oh and Sacco's has a 8-ball league on Sundays.

Whats New? 12/2009

Sorry folks I fell behind a little we had a baby in October so the site has
fallen a little off schedule.I will catch up soon

If you would like to see the most recent additions check out the Bonds Bowling and Billiards Page.

Also although it isn't quite finished yet you could take a look at the Columbia Road Billiards page that was a fun room. The Columbia Road page will be finished early this week, and I hope to visit Albuquerque N.M. some time next month.

Thanks for putting up with me...
